National Parks of Taiwan

The Construction and Planning Agency, Ministry of the Interior, is holding the National Park Photography Competition "Beauty of Taiwan" to raise public awareness and affection for national parks. The themes of this photography competition include cultural heritage, natural landscape, animals, and plants in the 9 domestic national parks, the Shoushan National Nature Park, and Kaohsiung, Taichung Metropolitan Parks. There are no restrictions on the time to take the photograph, and submissions are open to all photography lovers. Submissions must be received by 6PM on August 31, 2018.

The event will be awarding a total of NT$ 310,000 to one gold award (NT $30,000), two silver awards (NT $20,000), three bronze awards (NT $10,000), 15 outstanding selected photos (NT $6,000), and 40 selected photos (NT $3,000). The judges will complete the reviewing processing by the end of September, 2018, and the winners will be announced by the end of October, 2018. If the submissions do not meet the judging standard the competition, then the winning positions will be left blank. Each person is limited to 1 prize with the exception of the selected photo prize.
