Kenting National Park Winter Park Guide Camp

Kenting National Park, Taiwan's first national park, boasts abundant natural resources, unique culture and unbeatable landscape from mountains to oceans. With pleasant weather all year round and high accessibility, Kenting has become an internationally renowned tourist destination in recent years. As more and more backpackers flock into the area, excessive recreational activities are bringing certain level of impact to the environment. To prevent serious damage, the park administration office implemented effective management through environment-friendly park guiding activities and the park guides have brought visitors pleasant and high-quality experiences.

This event is scheduled for Dec. 12th and13th 2016. Subjects will include the resources of national parks, land crab ecology, marine ecology, folklore plants, drills of guiding practices. There will also be a series of activities, including Lungluantan bird watching, nighttime expedition to deer habitat, tour to Shemali and local cuisine feast.

This event is open to park guides currently in service and those who are interested in becoming a park guide (maximum 20). Please visit our website to register for enrollment or download information.
