Traffic diversion and traffic control will be implemented on the road segments from Provincial Highway 14-A, Dayuling to Hehuanshan Visitor Center, and from Cuifeng to Hehuanshan Visitor Center from January 1, 2019 to March 3, 2019. During snow season, traffic control shall be implemented in the event of snowfall or snow accumulation, while traffic diversion is to be implemented in the absence of snow.

According to the traffic control information announced by the competent road agency, all types of vehicles are prohibited on roads except for official duty vehicles or snowplows in the event of snowfall, snow accumulation, or icy roads. A road segment will be completely closed during an emergency snowplow period. After the snow is plowed, the road segment may be open to vehicles with chained tires depending on snow and road conditions. However, all types of motorcycles (including large heavy motorcycles) are prohibited from entering the controlled segments.

Early warning road segment closures are implemented in the event of snow- or ice-covered roads from 5PM to 7AM the following morning and depending on the actual situation. Relevant announcements will continue to be confirmed prior to 3PM on the day.
