Kinmen National Park Headquarters will be hosting the 60th Annual August 23rd Artillery Battle Memorial Seminar on the 21st of August at Zhongshanlin Visitor Center. The opening ceremony will feature a speech by Deputy Director Chen Chi-ming of the Ministry of the Interior's Construction and Planning Agency, as well as participation from citizen and military representatives, including retired veterans, self-defense force members, Kinmen University students, and guests from Taipei and other locations.

Kinmen National Park Headquarters Director Hsieh Wei-sung has expressed hope that the event will provide a forum for representatives from all walks of life to discuss the 823 Artillery Bombardment's place in history, as well as offer some creative ideas for the preservation of other historical sites related to military campaigns.

Aside from the seminar itself, the Zhongshanlin Visitor Center will also be hosting the "Slogan and Propaganda Exhibition," which is planned and hosted by General Cheng Yu-liang and Mr. Chou Ching-chi, until the 31st of August. We welcome all visitors to come and enjoy this exhibition.
