National Parks of Taiwan

Taijiang National Park Headquarters commissioned Public Television Service to make a film to introduce the resources and features of Taijiang National Park to the public in an alternative method. Two years later, "Fertile Fields, Fruitful Seas" was completed. The HD film portrays the resources and features of Taijiang National Park from a diverse point of views. It was also awarded numerous international film festival awards for its beautiful images and wonderful content.

During the premiere, the director Chien Yu-Chun shared his experience in making the film and his observations of the Taijiang region, and Tainan Community College Taijiang Branch CEO Wu Mao-Cheng also shared stories of the people and the land in the Taijiang region. 

Taijiang National Park Headquarters hopes to engage the public on the value of national parks and the importance of wetlands with this film, so that this film can be an introduction to Taijiang National Park and attract more to come and see its "fertile fields and fruitful seas".
