Taijiang Cultural and Nature Trip, Come and Enjoy an Intellectual and Leisurely Weekend

 

 

Taijiang National Park Management Office has scheduled the “Taijiang Cultural & Nature Trip” event on September 9, 2017 (Saturday) where the participants can visit the various natural ecology, history, and cultural attractions of Taijiang National Park and try the secret refreshment drink of the early salt workers called the “Salt Workers Tea.” Through the vivid commentary provide by the guides, the participants can explore the history of the salt industry in Taiwan and the temples in the area, observe the bird ecosystem and wetlands estuaries, feel the mysteries of nature, and enjoy the beauty of Taijiang’s social culture and natural environment.

The participation fee is NT$150 per person (collected at the event site, which include the travel fair, insurance, tour guide costs; participants only need to pay part of the fee and the rest are subsidized by the Taijiang National Park Management Office). 20 spots available, no age restriction, children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
