Kenting National Park approved legal angling on permission in the general waters inside the park a year ago. The closed season regulation thus applies to March to May every year. During the closed season, no angling activity is allowed in the park. This park advises anglers to start angling in June in the designated areas and not to angle in other areas (e.g., protected arears or fishing harbors) in order not to break the law.

In addition, for anglers to locate the designated angling areas, Kenting National Park Headquarters will launch the “Kenting National Park Smart Mobile App (iOS and Android) service system to inform anglers of the most suitable and legal angling areas with the convenient internet service and to achieve effective management and utilization of resources.
