臺北市政府辦理「113年全國中等學校運動會」自由車項目賽事，借用小油坑停車場為自由車公路賽終點場地，113年4月22日進行場佈、4月23日比賽，小油坑停車場自113年4月22日（一）12時起至4月23日（二）15時止，造成不便，敬請見諒。
公車服務調整部分，113年 4月23日（二）108路、1717路、花季專車124等公車路線取消停靠「小油坑服務站」，詳情仍依臺北市政府公告為主。
